After eight years with the National Children’s Bureau  as Co-Director for Practice and Programmes, Annamarie Hassall MBE, is leaving us to become Chief Executive for nasen, the National Association for Special Educational Needs. We wish Annamarie the very best in this exciting new position.

Annamarie has played an invaluable role for NCB. She has inspired and embodied our values, leading evidence-informed practice, such as the development and implementation of our flagship placed-based early childhood programme in Lambeth. She has also grown and diversified our income and she has worked with the strategic leadership team to transform NCB.

Our loss is a gain for children with SEND and as a close partner of nasen we are delighted that NCB will continue to work with Annamarie in the future.

Further information is available on the nasen website.
