Ofelia Torres is the Policy Officer for the Working Together with Parents Network.
Ofelia has previous experience working with charitable and research organisations to improve equality in services. Her past work has involved advocating for and supporting individuals facing healthcare inequities. She is passionate about the role of policy advocacy in promoting equitable access to services and resources.
A key focus of Ofelia’s current work is supporting policy, systems and practice improvement across a range of organisations. This involves collaborating with colleagues, and fostering cross-sector partnerships, across government departments, academics, legal experts, regulators, service providers, and community members.
