Helplines can be a useful resource when you need to speak with someone directly. These helplines all have professionals on the line who can talk to you about your mental health and support you. Some also have webchat and email.
This helpline offers advice, signposting, emotional support and eight free sessions from qualified therapists.
You can call from Monday- Friday, 10am-8pm and Saturdays 10am-3pm via phone, email, and webchat. Once you call, you’ll be given a dedicated advisor who you work with over a few calls.

Ukrainian Helpline – Barnardo’s
This helpline is available to anyone fleeing the war in Ukraine. There are multi-lingual advisors who can speak with you about your mental health and how you are feeling after leaving Ukraine.
