The Children and Young People's Health Policy Influencing Group (HPIG) is governed by its own terms of reference, separate to its role as the Stakeholder Council to NHS England's CYP Transformation Programme Team which has its own terms of reference. Both of these are attached above. The National Children’s Bureau and the Council for Disabled Children convene both groups.
