The LGBTQ+ Network at NCB was set up in 2023 for LGBTQ+ staff members across the organisation and locations, no matter band, job type or length of experience at NCB.
The network was established to offer a safe and inclusive environment for members to come together and foster a welcoming environment no matter your background or experiences. We aim to discuss relevant matters, celebrate the diverse communities that make us who we are together, and foster meaningful conversations and change on the issues that affect all our members and communities. All membership details, conversations and meetings are private and confidential.
The group is not required to take on any additional work or responsibilities outside their role however it can act as a channel of communication between staff and the organisation - any insights and suggestions made by the group can be shared or proposed to our DEI Forum to help facilitate changes and action ideas within the organisation.
