Here you can find two resources to support you with your sleep. There is a podcast where young people talk about what they do to improve their sleep, and a toolkit of different ideas that you can try.

Podcast: MindMate podcast #6 Sleep - MindMate
This website has a self help resource and a short film to help you to understand about trauma and begin to find ways to cope. They are available in different languages.
This charity offers wraparound support, with mentoring, support groups and workshops. They support young people who are in the National Referral Mechanism for Victims of Slavery and Trafficking (NRM).
If you are in the NRM, you can ask your social worker to refer you for extra support.
Resources about the asylum process
You should always speak with your solicitor, social worker or someone working your supported accommodation about your asylum case. These are the people who know the most about your case and will be able to tell you what’s happening.
