Participation is at the heart of everything we do at NCB. Amplifying the voices of children, young people and families, and ensuring their experiences and views are the golden thread through every part of our work.
During the year 2024/25, NCB engaged with more than 1,400 children and young people, through our advisory groups, our facilitation of experts-by-experience, our support for the campaigns of the Children's Charities Coalition, our policy influencing and our co-ordination of the seventh Youth Voice Matters Conference.
This report is both a celebration of what NCB has achieved and a call to action for continued collaboration with and leadership from children and young people. Together we can build systems that are not only for children and young people, but shaped by them too.
