Our Multi-Ethnic Staff Support Group was set up in the latter part of 2021 and is specifically for staff members from ethnic minority backgrounds.
Our Multi-Ethnic Staff Support Group was set up in the latter part of 2021 and is specifically for staff members who are from ethnic minority backgrounds regardless of band, job type or contract length.
It is an informal, safe and confidential space for staff to share their perspectives on inclusivity, race and culture within NCB, and to have ongoing discussions around issues that affect staff both within and outside of the workplace. Membership of the group as well as any discussions and views are all confidential.
The group is not required to take any additional work or responsibilities outside their role however it can act as a channel of communication between staff and the organisation - any insights and suggestions made by the group can be shared or proposed to our DEI Forum to help facilitate changes and action ideas within the organisation.
