At a national level, our work is rooted in trusted relationships, established through our collaborative, evidence-based approach which has given us credibility with partners and decision-makers. At a regional level, we bring people and organisations together to translate policy into practice, supporting the implementation of major reforms and using evidence from across our practice and programme work to drive policy development. Schools, local authorities, public bodies - we unite all those who can help us make childhood better.
We are experts in place-based system change. This involves taking a distinct area, whether that's four wards in South London or the whole island of Jersey, and working intensively to drive improvements in outcomes for children.
