“The extremely high level of interest in joining the Board reflects the exciting times at NCB as we further grow our impact and profile. I was hugely impressed with all four of our new Trustees and I’m confident they will make a great contribution as we continue this journey, bringing an outstanding set of skills and experience covering everything from accounting to youth justice.

“I am also proud that both the process and outcome of this recruitment reflect our commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion at all levels of our organisation.”
