A Better Start is the ten-year £215m programme set up by The National Lottery Community Fund, the largest funder of community activity in the UK. It works with families so they play an active part in deciding on and designing the services and support they get so that babies and very young children get the best possible start in life.
Will Quince MP, Minister for Children and Families, will speak about the government's programme of work to support children and families in the early years.
