Alison joined the Early Childhood Unit in 2012 and helps the team with a wide range of administrative tasks including supporting training sessions, finance, arranging NQIN network meetings and early years events, despatch of the monthly ECU Bulletin and responding to queries.
She has a BA (Hons) in International Marketing and prior to joining NCB, Alison worked for 25 years for MORI/Ipsos MORI, helping to run their interviewer panel and organising a wide range of research surveys.
Alison has a strong commitment to early years, believing that all children are entitled to good quality early education to help them develop and grow.
Alison also runs a Brownie Unit for girls aged 7 -10, organising fun activities and events with them.
