The three year FATE project is using the £599,635 grant to work with young people aged 8-25 having problems at home or school.
The Derry/Londonderry group will continue to run their StreetWork programme where staff reach out to young people on the street in the evenings.
The grant is also part funding a mobile hub that will go to different areas and provide a safe space kitted out with technology for homework and recreational activities. Young people will sit on planning groups to organise community events.
