The five-year Right Path project is working with young people aged 10-25 from the Ballybeen area of east Belfast.
The project will provide them with a safe place to discuss sensitive issues, encourage them to think about their goals, support them to make positive choices, and develop skills and confidence to fulfil their potential.
The young people will help develop, design and deliver a range of peer led activities including a peer mentor support programme.
