We know that statistics and numbers can only tell some of the story about impact. In order to get ‘behind’ those statistics we need to use qualitative methods of evaluation. LINKS delivered this workshop on 2 December 2020.
The aims of the workshop were as follows:
- To explore what qualitative methods are and how they differ from quantitative methods
- To examine the advantages and disadvantages of qualitative methods
- To explore different types of qualitative methods for use with both young people and adults
