VIPER was a partnership project carried out by the Alliance for Inclusive Education, the Council for Disabled Children, National Children’s Bureau (NCB) Research Centre and the Children’s Society. The project was funded by the Big Lottery Research Fund.
This report presents the findings from the on-line survey of children’s services and organisations carried out by the young VIPER researchers. The survey looked at the participation of disabled children and young people in decision making about services with the overall aim to improve services used by disabled young people in England.
