LINKS ran an Introduction to Outcomes Based Accountability (OBA) workshop in February 2024. OBA is an approach to planning, reviewing and demonstrating the impact of your project.
The aims of the workshop were as follows:
- To get an understanding of the concepts and principles of OBA
- To understand how OBA can be used to improve performance of projects/services/programmes
- To demonstrate how to automate, report and visually present impact data using MS Excel
The workshop included a short presentation on how to automate, report and visually present impact data using MS Excel.
