We offer tried-and-tested support in areas that impact the lives of children and families, from managing change processes to workforce development.
We stand at the intersection between a number of systems that support children and families.
From this position we have a unique perspective on the challenges many face. Day in, day out.
We draw on what we know works and we make the most of our excellent relationships with organisations such as the Department for Education, NHS England, and the National Lottery. This enables us to regularly share intelligence on common challenges and opportunities for improvement at a national level with those who hold the power to transform systems.
We work in every local authority, and with the majority of Integrated Care Systems (ICS) in England, as well as across sectors in Northern Ireland. These relationships and our extensive networks allow us to bridge policy and practice and support the delivery of programmes that are more effective in responding to the needs of families, create greater inclusion and provide help at the earliest opportunity.
We use our know-how to deliver a diverse mix of programmes, from workforce development through to service and system reviews, and more in-depth systems improvement work.
We work across many different areas that impact on the lives of children and families, including the early years, health, education and social care.
Our teams have a wide range of expertise and experience, from shaping and delivering change processes to upskilling workforces and making change sustainable through learning and evaluation.
