As the new Treasurer for NCB, Tayo brings over 20 years of experience in financial leadership across a range of industries, including creative sectors, technology, and non-profits.
Tayo has spent much of her career helping organisations navigate financial challenges, from revitalising distressed businesses to securing funding and driving long-term growth strategies. In her role as Treasurer, she'll be focused on ensuring NCB’s financial stability, working alongside the board in making sure resources are optimised to support our mission of driving policy change and creating better futures for children.
She's always taken a collaborative approach, working closely with leadership teams and boards to align financial strategies with key objectives and is excited to contribute that experience as an NCB Trustee. Throughout her career, Tayo has worked with global and small organisations, managing everything from financial operations and reporting to mentoring entrepreneurs and delivering workshops on finance and problem-solving and she's passionate about using her skills to support organisations that are making a positive impact.
