Dom McSherry is an NCB Northern Ireland trustee. He is married with four children and is a developmental psychologist, currently Reader in the School of Psychology, Ulster University.
For the last 25 years he has played a leading role in researching the lives of children in care and adopted from care across multiple studies, and using research findings to inform the development of policy and practice aimed at improving outcomes for these children and their families.
