Kaveed joined NCB in August 2025, having previously held senior leadership roles at UK Community Foundations, where he served as COO, Director of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion, and interim CEO. Before that, he led Dementia Friendly London at the Greater London Authority and worked in community engagement for the Alzheimer’s Society.
His career began in frontline youth work, followed by a period in international development focused on community empowerment and young people. Kaveed’s interests outside work include music and food - he previously worked in the music industry and now runs a monthly pop-up restaurant in East London.
