Dan helps NCB’s trustees and leadership team to ensure that there are robust, proportionate financial controls in place, ensuring good value for money for its funders and financial sustainability. He also ensures its IT and offices are safe and efficient, so staff are empowered to deliver their best.
Dan joined NCB in 2012, having spent four years at Cafcass (the Children and Family Court Advisory and Support Service). This role gave him valuable experience of working with government and in a child-centred environment.
Dan is an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and combines this knowledge as a qualified accountant with over twenty years’ experience of finance across commercial, public and not for profit sectors.
Dan has also served as a trustee and treasurer of a small charity near to his home.
