Alice joined NCB in August 2024 from Goldsmiths, University of London, where she was a Professor of Psychology and Education. Prior to that she was based at the Child and Adolescent Mental Health team at Great Ormond Street Hospital, working with neurodevelopmental and social communication teams.
Most of her work has focused on children at risk of social and academic exclusion, moving from basic science – neuroscience and neuropsychological work – to creating a more translational model of research that includes teachers, students and other professionals in the process.
