Integration

We join up the dots between Education, Health & Social Care to ensure services work together in children's best interests.

We know that children and young people with SEND and complex needs often access support delivered by multiple agencies and services, and that often this support is not as integrated as it should or could be.

Lots of work is happening nationally, regionally and locally to transform the services for and experiences of children, young people and their families. With so much change happening, ensuring that all of this work is integrated or ‘joined up’ is particularly important.

    We work with local areas on how alternative provision supports the SEND system and improves outcomes for children with social, emotional & mental health needs.

    We support local or regional organisations to embed a robust outcomes-based approach to data in systems related to children and young people.
