Sophie supports the overall implementation of the programme, with a specific focus on the transition of services locally through engaging with key decision makers and policy leads. In addition, Sophie supports all research and evaluation across the programme to help transform learnings from the Lambeth Early Action Partnership (LEAP) programme into policy and practice.
Prior to joining NCB, Sophie worked with a variety of UN agencies, international NGOs and local third sector organisations on child health, nutrition, and early years programmes. Most recently, Sophie was based in Senegal working as a regional specialist for UNICEF on the treatment of child malnutrition across 21 countries in West and Central Africa.
