Lambeth Early Action Partnership (LEAP) has today published three invitations to tender (ITTs):
- ITT1 – Rapid Review of evidence
LEAP is seeking a project team to do a rapid review of new evidence on early child development and place-based working. This work is to help us refresh our programme- and service-level theories of change.
- ITT2 – Systems mapping
LEAP is seeking consultancy advice and support to help us plan and deliver our review of needs, service provision and reach. This includes identifying the non-LEAP early intervention services/initiatives, strategies, pathways and relationships available for local children and families across the four Lambeth wards of Stockwell, Vassall, Coldharbour and Tulse Hill.
- ITT3 – Theory of change (ToC) and Shared Measurement Approach
LEAP is seeking expert consultancy and advisory support to help us refine our theories of change, and develop and implement a shared measurement approach that builds on our current data collection methods.
