Jen has worked as Senior Research Officer since April 2014, having joined as a Research Officer in 2010. She previously worked at the Thomas Coram Research Unit.
Jen has a wealth of experience using both qualitative and quantitative methods in research and evaluation related to services for children and families.
Her recent work includes evaluation of an advocacy service for children going through child protection proceedings and research on parental employment and child health, support for care leavers, and training and developing staff in children's homes.
She is particularly interested in the mental health and emotional well-being of school-age children.
