Tender for the build, test and post implementation support of a new data integration platform to collate and manage the data received from all of the LEAP interventions.
LEAP aims to transform the lives of babies and toddlers (aged 0-3) and their families in four Lambeth wards: Stockwell, Vassall, Coldharbour and Tulse Hill.
Formed in 2015, LEAP is an innovative partnership programme committed to transforming early years services in Lambeth. It incorporates Lambeth Council, Lambeth Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG), Public Health, King’s Health Partnership (KHP), King’s College Hospital Trust, Guys and St Thomas’ Hospital Trust, as well as local voluntary organisations, community groups, local parents and carers, schools and nurseries. Funded by the Big Lottery Fund, LEAP provides a portfolio of services (currently over 20 services) that aim to improve young children’s diet and nutrition, social and emotional development, and communication and language.
Part of LEAP’s portfolio for delivery is a range of locally managed activities that aim to support the achievement of the LEAP outcomes for the population that LEAP targets, pregnant women or babies and toddlers that are under 4-years-old.
Contracts will be offered for an expected timeframe for delivery, this will initially be from 1st August 2019 to 31st March 2020.
Suppliers should submit all documents required to form their tender to this ITT and send it to LEAPadmin@ncb.org.uk by 10am 19th July 2019, followed by organisation name in the subject line.
