Rose is committed to improving the quality of life of young people and children, which was kickstarted from her early life experiences.
Over the years Rose has taken the initiative to explore different ways of creating a stronger and healthier connection between children and young people and the services that they encounter. Rose finds it inspiring to be in an environment where people from all walks of life and all stages, whether it be young people or professionals with long careers, can come together and learn something from each and every person. Rose believes this adds so many layers of understanding, respect and empathy towards one another, which is definitely needed to create the shift that is so necessary.
With her beliefs, Rose has experience in working within youth organisations in ambassadorial roles, providing training to youth professionals, involvement in politics and being a representative with national organisations including Met Police, the NHS, PRU’s, and Local Authorities.
