ree CPD-approved anti-bullying workshop for schools participating in the All Together programme.
This anti-bullying workshop is part of the All Together programme, which the Anti-Bullying Alliance is delivering in partnership with Birmingham City Council. Schools who are not already signed up to the All Together programme can do so via www.anti-bullyingalliance.org.uk/alltogether.
The workshop is for up to two attendees from any school in Birmingham including maintained schools, academies, special schools, PRUs and free schools. It is open to primary and secondary schools. There is an expectation from Birmingham City Council that those attending the course will implement their All Together Action Plans using the online platform linked above.
One of the attendees must be a member of your school Senior Leadership Team e.g. Head Teacher, Deputy Heads, SENCo, Anti-Bullying Lead etc. This is so that we have staff who are able to implement whole school change via the programme.
This workshop will cover:
Bullying and its impact on children and young people
Bullying and the law
Reporting and recording bullying
The social model and bullying
Models of response and resolution
Principles of prevention and response
Using the All Together Action Plan
Lunch and refreshments will be provided on the day. Please contact [email protected] if you have any dietary requirements, e.g. vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, dairy-free.
There will be a £50 'no show' fee for schools that do not inform us they cannot attend at least one week before the training date.
Please note that registration is open from 9am. The workshop will start promptly at 9.30am.
