Training development services
NCB's training unit designs training to meet key challenges facing
individuals and organisations in the rapidly changing arena of
children's services.
All of the intellectual content on this website and developed
through NCB's project-led initiatives can be used to create bespoke
training courses for you and your organisation.
Our expert staff provide guidance in training course design and
development, organisation and administration of courses and
Associate Trainer recruitment and quality assurance. As an Approved
Centre for City and Guilds Awarding Body, the National Open College
Network and ASDAN, NCB offers training to its learners in courses
that are nationally accredited, allowing the learner to receive a
nationally recognised qualification.
We also provide accreditation and endorsement support for
organisations looking to accredit their training.
