participation of children and young people in all matters that
affect their lives. NCB actively tries to engage young people in
all areas of its work and even involves young people in the
recruitment process of hiring new staff, on its Board and in the
majority of its project work.
Participation Works is a partnership of six national children
and young people's agencies that help organisations engage and
involve young people.
