Young people in the justice system

NCB is committed to ensuring that children and young people who come into contact with the youth justice system are considered as children first, offender second. In our work we emphasise the importance of addressing young people's welfare needs and try to bring greater alignment between services, systems and practices of the children and youth justice sectors.
