Training

As a leading provider of training on a range of issues across children’s services, NCB is well placed to fulfill your organisation’s particular training needs. As well as the scheduled courses publicised here, we offer in-house, customised training courses which can be arranged for a date and location of your choice.

To keep up to date with all NCB’s current and forthcoming conferences, training courses and publications, email us at training@ncb.org.uk and ask to join our monthly Resources Alert bulletin.

In-house training

An NCB in-house training course is an excellent way to provide cost effective training, tailored to the needs of your staff.

NCB trainers are all experts in their field, with experience of delivering training to practitioners, managers, policy-makers, voluntary and community sector workers and academics.

All NCB trainers meet our quality assurance standards and are firmly committed to delivering effective training. You will have an opportunity to discuss your requirements with the trainer. You will also have regular contact with a training advisor who will be able to answer all your questions about the training event. All our standard courses listed below can be adapted to address your specific challenges.

To discuss your training requirements, call us on 020 78436084 or email training@ncb.org.uk.
