Improving outcomes for all - evidence paper
We are very pleased to present a paper summarising the key
evidence and consistent elements of a key working approach.
We present an analysis of the implications of key working that
cuts across health, social care and education.
The paper is intended to inform government thinking on the
Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND) reforms, the
palliative care pilots and the Children and Young People's health
outcomes work. It also aims to inform and promote discussion in a
wider audience, including managers, practitioners, parent carers,
young people and others for whom key working approaches are of

Key Working Training
Early Support have developed Key Working training
which will be delivered nationally, and will enable
multi-agency staff, including parents and young people, to access
training for free.
