CDC Statement on Eligibility Criteria

The Council for Disabled Children (CDC) has had long-standing concerns about the use of eligibility criteria in social care services for disabled children and their families.

The Islington judgement delivered in March this year provided some further clarity in this area. CDC is now able to issue our understanding of the judgement.
