The Making Ourselves Heard Newsletter: an update on all the latest resources, policy and practice news around the active particpation of disabled children and young people.

The Transition Information Network, based at CDC, produces a free magazine for young disabled people in transition to adulthood - my future choices.

The National Parent Partnership Network, also based at CDC, produces a section of the ACE Bulletin with essential updates for parents and professionals interested in special educational needs.
