CDC's Networks

The CDC supports a number of networks and consortium organisations:

Making Ourselves Heard
A network of participation workers to share resources and information about the participation of disabled children and young people in decisions that affect them

National Parent Partnership Network
A network for parent partnership services, which provide information, advice and support to parents and carers of children with special educational needs

Special Educational Consortium
A consortium of organisations working to protect and promote the interests of children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities in relational to educational provision 

Transition Information Network
A network of organisations and individuals with the common aim of improving the experience of disabled young people’s transition to adulthood
