What is it?
This section describes the training activities and presentations included in the core two-day multi-agency course developed during the care planning project.
What materials are included?
- A detailed description of each activity and presentation, for trainers, including the aim, learning objectives, materials needed and timings.
- Additional notes for trainers on ways to vary or adapt the activity; key feedback points; additional materials and so on.
- Scenarios and case studies to choose from.
- Completed examples of some activities, for trainers’ use and/or as handouts (for example, a completed version of all stages of the care planning model for one of the case studies).
- Transparencies/PowerPoint slides for presentations.
