Lauren Weller

Lauren is responsible for managing our Salesforce CRM database, which supports membership groups, project teams and communications across NCB.

She works with all our teams to understand what they need from the database and help them to get the most from it. Her role includes system maintenance, supporting staff and planning for new developments. Working with Salesforce provides endless opportunities for solving problems, something Lauren enjoys both in and out of work, as she is a keen quizzer in her spare time.

Lauren previously worked in the Sex Education Forum team and was delighted to find a new role at National Children’s Bureau that enabled her to continue supporting their work to prepare for statutory RSE and promote LGBT+ equality.
