An Introduction to Outcomes Based Accountability (OBA) an approach to planning, reviewing and demonstrating the impact of services.

About this Event

Unlike our original full day workshop this training will be split over two days due to the online delivery and to avoid Zoom fatigue!

At this training, which is fully instructor-led, participants will be introduced to:

The key concepts and principles of OBA Population accountability and applying OBA across a particular geographical area (first session)

The application of OBA to service or programme performance and using it as a service improvement tool. (second session)

The training will allow participants plenty of opportunity to get involved through the use of practical exercises and also will allow plenty of time to ask questions.

Places are limited to Community/Voluntary and Public Sector and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
